When buying your first home, everyone tells you how difficult the approval process is, but my experience was nothing close to the horror stories I’ve heard. My experience was incredible, seamless, and straight forward. Joanna is a very friendly, personable, and professional individual. She’s persistent and guided me through the entire process since day one, she kept me up to date with everything. Afterhours, business hours, it didn’t matter, she had one goal in mind, and she did everything to make sure I was getting the best rate and all the necessary information to get me into a home.
